Used the machine for about a week, haven't been able to get it to run on the soft settings g and now it's making a horrible rattling sound. Feels like something g is loose inside when it's running. I will be returning it in hopes of a replacement machine. It could be just something with this one machine. I hope the new one is correct because for the short time that I wS able to use it, I loved it. It's just not working correctly now.

Picked up this machine because I've heard good things and wanted to see how it worked. It's light, it's quiet but compared to my other machine with a maxxon motor this motor feels a little underpowered. Struggled to line initially, but I prefer a higher-voltage faster hand approach. It's difficult to find any information on preferred voltage on line, but the "ideal" voltage is up to 7.5, working voltage is up to 9 and voltage cap is 12v. At 9v, it lines like I expect a machine to line. at 7.5 it struggles, in my opinion. It works with a battery pack if you want to go cordless, but I prefer the cord on this machine. It's a nice machine, built well. Probably does 50% of my tattoos in a week swapping between a cordless machine I have.
